Would I still be praising Him even if He chose to tell me no?
Would I still trust His mercy even if He let my innocent child suffer?
Read MoreI delivered our sweet baby 2 weeks later. So many things raced through my mind as I held that sweet baby. Excitement- the fact that God allowed me to see and hold my precious baby. Read MoreHe doesn't get mad because we are human, weak and fallible. He sees our weaknesses and loves us despite it. What I've learned is He actually shows Himself so much more during those moments with such a tender love. I had a night where I was crying and literally having some chest pains as I thought about our situation. I guess you could call it anxiety. This is something that I had never experienced before. It was scary. More than that I was pretty broken and feeling hopeless.

This landed him in ICU with traumatic brain injury. For 6 days he didn’t know anything. He had a blank stare in his eyes. The back of his head was squishy to the touch. Who attacks a preacher? I had never worried about him getting hurt on the job.
