Can we for a minute pretend this coffee cup is our life? Whatever we put in our cup of life is what is going to spill out when someone or life bumps us and whatever we have filled our cup with spills out.

The same holds true for our spiritual life. We must exercise our spiritual muscles in order to be spiritually strong. The problem lies within the fact that most of us hate exercise—physical and spiritual. I hate to sweat. I think it’s gross.
